Cancellation Policy
Cancel for free up to 12 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 90% for not showing up.
The non-refundable fee must be paid before you can reschedule.
New online booking clients are required to have a card on file. Hair color appointments require card to be on file and a non-refundable deposit to book. Your deposit will go towards your service.
